so fast.....

this is my little neice lexi. she has grown up so quick!!! she's going to be 5 in february. i can't believe it!!!! she's the oldest of all the neices and nephews! i can't believe how tall she has gotten. she grew 1 1/2 inches since july. holy smokes!

one thing i absolutely love to do is buy my neices and nephews clothes. i don't have any kids of my own to spoil with toys and clothes and stuff, so why not spoil them! i want to be the aunt who takes all of my neices shopping for school clothes just before the new school year every year. even if i have to save all my extra spending money every year, it'd be so worth it! so far i have 4 neices! that's why i'd be ok with having just boys. so i can spoil my neices?!? i think a girls shopping trip with aunt audrey every year would be so much fun!!!
anyways....

i was excited to find out that lexi is so big now that she fits in the little girls clothes. we of course had to make a little trip to target to find her something cute!
we found this outfit and most of it was on clearance. the dress was only 3.74 the turtle neck was 3.77 and the tights were 3.99. i can't remember how much the hat was, but it was so fun to put this little outfit together. i love the different patterns, layers and colors. outfits like these make pictures a little more interesting, and they add that little bit of extra personality!

you don't have to spend a ton of money on your kids clothes. but be creative! the more layers and patterns and colors in the pictures - the more the pictures will pop!!!!
